We understand that not every is a bird expert, and alot of people are just starting out with their first parrot. Never hesitate to ask questions about products and care of your bird. There is no such thing as a stupid question.
As a part of our realistic approach to servicing our customers we will do our best to meet and beat the prices of our competitors. If you see any of our products advertised for less, then let us know so we can fix our prices immediately. I don't care if it's $0.10 cheaper or $10.00 cheaper, if they have it for less, then we'll compete with them.
